Free first class
Thirty minutes to see how it works, at whatever level you're at.
Beginner classes that assume you're stiff, short on time and slightly suspicious of the whole thing. Nobody chants, nothing is called a journey, and you can stop whenever something hurts.
Nothing here requires flexibility to begin. That's the thing we're building, not the entry requirement.

Plenty of yoga online is either spiritual in a way that puts people off, or athletic in a way that hurts beginners. Both lose the people who'd benefit most.
Zenviaaa is plain: short sessions, clear instructions, props whenever they help, and a coach who watches your form. We're not medical professionals — for pain or injury, see a doctor or physical therapist, and we'll work around what they tell you.
That's the starting point for most students here, and flexibility is the result rather than the requirement. Props exist precisely for this.
Get your doctor's or physical therapist's guidance first. Once you have it, we build the practice around their restrictions — we don't diagnose or treat.
A mat helps, a wall is useful, and two books work as blocks. We sell nothing.
Not in our classes. We use ordinary language for the poses and the breathing. If you want the philosophy, there are teachers who do it well — that isn't us.
Then ten minutes is the program. Consistency at ten minutes beats an hour you skip.
Yes. No contract, no minimum term. Access stays open until the end of the month you already paid for.
